    Apparently they used to name their children after the first thing they saw when they came out of their teepees after giving birth. Sitting Bull, Running Deer etc.

    Batak Jalsha
    Duck firstly barbecued in a tandoor & then cooked with yoghurt, garlic & ginger to give a sweet & sour flavour with a coconut taste which is fairly hot
