The Indian GP circuit in Delhi has been officially named as the Bhudd International Circuit. They are also hoping to get clearence from the FIA in August ready fo the first race in the country on the 30th of October.

As India has its First F1 race staged it seems the Indian government want more F1 as they have inquired the city of Goa's council about building a track there too. It would come with a new sporting facility that would also boast a proffesional standard golf Course, a boxing arena and others planned for the site.

Could this be the birth of the Asian GP?

What do you mean by Asian, China and Singapore are both in Asia so there are already Asian GP's.
However you may mean something else, in which case I look like a dick.

I like the idea of an Asian GP where it rotates each track on a 3 year basis

I think its great that India are trying to get more involved in motorsport. Theres so many people in India, so many hidden talents that need to be found.

I think an Asian GP would be a good idea, but i'm not too keen on countries hosting more than 1 GP, like Spain do. 2 venues could share the Asian GP, just like the German GP - although both circuits would have to look decent on paper.

I would like to see a race in Kenya.

A country close to my heart and had a rally in the early 2000s.

Also its the last place on the continent to get on the calender as it is in Africa.(Is there a Russian GP soon???)

A track in Goa sounds brilliant, as Jose says though, no country should host two GPs a season, so unless they're prepared to invest all that money on a venue which will only be used once every two years they shouldn't bother.

I think it's a good idea that India are getting involved with F1, high population, not football fanatic but cricket fanatics so something new for them could really kick off over there if given a WDC quality driver. India I find is more important to get a grand prix rather than China IMO and FAR! more open and friendly in terms of expressing themselves, but I could just be sterotyping certain people eventhough I have been to Hong Kong before.
