How on earth does a country that has 1.2 billion people, fail so badly at the Olympics: Halfway stage pretty much and their medal count is: 0 Gold 2 Silver 1 Bronze 39th in the table, keeping *****lia cozy (population 2 million - 1 Silver, 1 Bronze) Just an observation but really quite stunning.
Of said 1.2 billion, less than 1 percent has access to facilities required for training Olympians. So. No, not suprising at all.
