6 point deduction hasn't helped mind and that's not his fault.

I remember looking at the league table at the start of the season and Reading were doing well and thinking 'oh, maybe I'm wrong about Paul Ince?'

I wasn't. He's a crap manager.

I’m not sure of his record but he was doing well with them then things have been going on behind the scenes
And they’ve gone on this run, rumours about player contracts and not been paid.

So now they blame the manager

 

He'll be back, in about 8 years.

 

The transfer embargo since July 2021 may have had some effect?

As their best player has been, by most accounts, the manager's son I really wonder what will happen now. Despite everything I still think they had a chance to keep up. If they do keep up still they are likely to struggle again next season unless they can bring in players.
