Dear god, I know that. Last game, there was someone sitting on their phone, following CAFCOfficial on Twitter seeing the reports come in. For the entire match, didn't put his phone down. I was thinking to myself if they lift their head up, then hell, they can reality unfold. I can understand Wifi before and after the game, in this digital world to get information on team news, or to tweet your disgust at the performance, but during the game it's just "noise!"
To be fair, I hated in the mid-late 00's where it seemed impossible to get 3g. Having to listen through a bunch of rubbish till we got to the half time scores was also a chore. Do it at the start, then we can go grab some beer/food.
