Venezuela have been knocked out of the Copa America 2011. Venezuela is my country of birth as many of you know on here. That's why I'll love if we bought Vargas/Rondon/Miku. We used to be the equivalent of San Marino in South America for example but now we have hope of finally qualifying for our first World Cup(2014 Brazil) after this amazing tournement were we ARE STILL UNBEATEN IN 90 MINUTES OF PLAY!. We lost to Paraguay yesterday ONLY ON PENS.. when we clearly outplayed them IMO for the full 90 mins. Now we can say we are a respectable international team with a very good manager who's transformerd our style of play & has given us results & performances to boost! Here here for Venezuela! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NnX_Uff-9DY http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Copa_América http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venezuela_national_football_team Thanks for reading fellas. That's all. I just wanted to make this thread to SPICE & CHANGE things up.. instead of talking about that boring friendly yesterday!
I've been following the Copa America closely and watched extra time and penalties of your game yesterday. You were unbelievably unlucky not to win , hitting the woodwork 3 times! That free kick was so close to going in and so was that deflected shot. Just wasn't your day unfortunately.
AND we had a goal disallowed early on.. Yeah just wasn't our day, but I'm still very happy with what we've achieved. FIRST Copa America Semi-Final in our history and we still got Peru to play for 3th spot!
The scene's after the game reminded me of that Champions league brawl a few years back. Good luck to Venezuela for Brazil, hopefully I can join them at that World Cup
Unlucky man, they've done your country proud though Will look to follow them closer from now on maybe! Better than our waste of space of a national team.
Paraguay haven't won a single game!! Imagine if they won the final on pens? Must be some sort of record.
I'm sorry, but i'm rooting for Paraguay to win the Copa America for one reason and one reason only.... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...promises-strip-Paraguay-win-Copa-America.html
