Cricket is a great sport. A man's game unlike football which is played by namby pamby ****ters. The ODI's are simply awesome although I prefer the chess like 5 day test matches.
The thing with cricket was in the days before all day opening it was the one place you could be guaranteed to be able to drink all day. Sat in the sun with a cold beer, heaven.
It's a real problem and the sooner the Beeb start showing highlights instead of channel 5 (who are abolsutely dire) the better. The biggest shame is that as mainstream coverage is reducing the England team are getting better and better. And you still won't get a ticket for the Ashes or a fair few days of the NZ games for love or money.
Can I shock you? I actually don't mind cricket. I'd never go out of my way to watch it, but I don't hate like some.
Cricket has never been popular - it can be mistakenly thought " popular " by those who enjoy it in much the same way as americans believe playing themselves at baseball can constitute a world series
Are you implying that Rebel is a boring prick whose only contributions to this forum are tedious rants about Rangers and racist allegations about Africans being too stupid to put on condoms?
