Dat was an stroll in the park for Kilmallock as they handily dispatched Portaferry 2-19 to 0-12.

Portaferry hung in there for a while without ever threatening.

Earlier Ballyhale Shamrocks beat Gort. They'll be favourites in the final.

I was trying to watch it all day after recording the Celtic game and the rugby. Only finished up now. I was out coaching today, more coaching tomorrow and Monday..... It's all about the Parish.
 
Yeah, they were a bit, but Ulster has to start to bridge that gap. Last year we had a team come out of Carlow. No reason that Down or Derry clubs can't consistently get beyond Antrim sides. The Antrim league is where it's at.... Maybe that should go Ulster. Be dynamic with the thinking.
 
Well.... A bit of a **** one at Croke Park today as both favourites showed exactly why they held that tag. Kilmallock got spanked by Ballyhale and Slaughtneil got a doing from Corofin.

Both certainly the best teams in the country but I'd have liked a bit more of a contest.
