    Mr. Blatter and his team will have already been aware of these problems but couldn't give a f*cking toss cos they will be getting driven about in their Limo's and sitting in the posh seats.

    Thought they looked at all criteria before the awarding of a competition. Obviously the oligarchs offered the biggest brown envelopes.
