Anyone heading to Stamford Bridge for tomorrow's Barclays Premier League clash may appreciate the following information.

If you're using London Underground services to get to the game then be aware the District Line will have no service between Edgware Road and High Street Kensington.

There will be no service between Royal Oak and Baker Streeton the Hammersmith and City Line, Camden Town and Kennington via Bank on the Northern Line and Queen's Park and Harrow and Wealdstone on the Bakerloo Line.

The entire Circle Line will be closed this weekend, while the Metropolitan Line will be suspended between Wembley Parkand Uxbridge/Rickmansworth/Watford.

DLR users should also note there will be no service between Stratfordand West India Quay this weekend.

National Rail users should be aware there will be no Chiltern Railways service between Amersham and Marylebone this weekend due to planned engineering works.

Buses will replace South West Trains between Barnes and Teddington via Richmond and between Barnes and Hounslow via Richmond. Also, trains between London Waterloo and Strawberry Hill and Kingston will start and terminate at Shepperton.

Anyone using National Rail services is advised to check their train's arrival and departure time.
