Some of you wioll know that I use the Cityindependent web site and post under the name of sunn40 (note the small s). Some idiot has impersonated my user name and has registered as Sunn40 (note capital S). It is no doubt the same oaf that did it on the other site, which could have caused me serious problems because of the content of the posts that he made. I had to make their admin aware of this and the content of some pm's that I received from the same person. I have messaged the Admin on here, but to date they have not had any reply. Whether they are not interested in it or not I have no idea. I would assume they will know who this cretin is because he would have had to use his email address to register. If you read this would you please contact me admin.
Happened to me mate, i use CI too but on here i don't use the underscore and both words are together, nobody has a right to their own username but it would be nice to be the only one
Sorry to hear that Legend, and I accept that no one has any right to a user name, but this is being done simply for malicious reasons and it needs stopping. He posting some wrong stuff and everyone assumed it was me. Its wrong and the admin should stop it straight away.
It's one thing when someone uses a name that happens to be used by another contributor on another board, it's a different thing completely when that user happens to be our old friend Essex Gull.

You would not find it funny if I showed you some of the stuff this idiot sent me. Im no prude, far from it, but it was pure filth. Just for the record I have been inventive if you look at my user name. I couldnt use my normal one because I was unable to register because the idiot had already used it.
As sunn(tigers40) has mentioned, he's registered on here as Sunn40, he wasn't on the old 606 as far as I'm aware.
FAO tigers40. There must be some misunderstanding here. I have never posted anything bad and I'm sure that admin can go through my posts on here to see this. Maybe you are referring to 'sunn40' who posted on here and then posted on CityIndependent under this name as well.

Thanks for your support in this. The bloke is a serious headbanger, you would agree if you saw shome of the stuff he pm'd me. Lammie, if you are now the admin on here, I may be wrong, could you try and sort something out for me. I would prefer to sign in under my usual user name but for reasons stated I cant do this. It seems that your admin either havnt received my message or are not doing anything about it.
I wish I could sunn, but I am only able to close threads, delete threads, merge threads etc, I have no control over what names people use on here. Rest assured though, I'm fully aware of the situation and anything that's out of order will disappear.
