According to Torrentfreak report it says that DiGiTALiNK who is a member of release group EP1C, told them that nine individuals were arrested following an Immigration and Customs Enforcement “joint operation.”

No one could confirm the Arrest as non of IMAGINE close associates is in reach to confirm the stories and the Hosting company of their website said they are not aware of any raid operation and no explanation was given on why the site was offline according to TorrentFreak report .

The IMAGiNE Group website UnleashTheNet,also known as UTN was launched last year and was suppose to be a secret place that is uneasy to find an invite for or access, and in the last couple of month they started accepting more and more members unlike their regular trends and it was just a few months earlier that they banned DiGiTALiNK as he was accused of giving information about their members to the authorities as a compromising deal he has made , and the authorities were watching a private FTP site of his (given by the feds as a bait ) that he offered to provide source free to members of the site ,and since then DiGiTALiNK declared a war on them claims reports.

In an email to TorrentFreak, DiGiTALiNK said that 9 people were arrested including IMAGiNE members Spunky, HoD, Jason, Tank, TheStash and Spangy, all of them live within the United States. but according to our sources Tank & Stuffies were not among the arrested members as they don’t live in the United States but they are unavailable to response to any communications attempts.

According to our sources the feds were behind IMAGiNE due to the fact they were involved in what is called commercial piracy wherein they provide latest pirated movies to certain buyers from few Asian countries who then make copies of the prints to be sold in the pirated movies market in Asia and that explains why they used to pay for sources so that they can get it first therefore it was not only about fame but also about money source claims.

IMAGiNE were known for releasing a movie every few days most of which are of their own sources and they have entertained P2P public and private sites all over for a very long time, their last movie was released on Sep 9th 2011 named The.Guard.2011.DVDSCR.XViD.AC3-IMAGiNE and nothing was heard from them after that.

The note in their last release reads in part of it : please be patient and watch your emails.HaHaHa the serpant lives on.!!!!!

    RIP IMAGiNE <peacedove>
