I'm more optimistic than if there was no one trying to engineer a takeover.

Yet I have always been skeptical, especially when Bates and ownership is in question..

 

Our situation with Bates' rule can't get any worse in my opinion, so there is much potential for improvement. I call it pessio-optimism.

 

For what?

 

Friday night and the lights are low
No takeover, now that's a blow
