If you're after nice pubs that sell good beer you're coming to a good town. In the centre Salopian is regional pub of the year 4 in 5 years, Armoury has ten on and good food, Coach and Horses good beer and food, next door Admiral Benbow great selection, Three Fishes perfect beers, Wheatsheaf marstons ringwood etc but all perfect. Near to the ground is the Brooklands away fan friendly and parking for a fiver. Charles Darwin slightly further but pay for parking and i think get a free beer. New stadium is now out of town but buses are regular and cheapish. Taxis are v.cheap.
Yep will be good to see town play some bigger teams actually in the league rather than what we normally do in the cups.
so town can take 6 points off pompey and coventry and the league takes 10 more of each, seems as though pompey and coventry have a relegation battle on, before they start. will shrews make the play offs with our 7 new signings and jc and tb knocking them in up front. i have a dream!
