I've been to the Saints megastore and got all my gear including some lovely Saints logo T shirts to wear. My bucket and spade are packed as are the speedos. Now all I need to do is to decide where I should go and where I should avoid. I thought maybe St Kitts as it sounds just the sort of place for a guy like me to go while I have already dismissed Southsea as probably not a very good idea. Bournemouth and Brighton are both off limits as we seem to have upset them for some reason this past year. Any suggestions as to where a dyed in the wool Saints fan should go for his holiday and are there any places I should definately avoid?
Go to Portsmouth as you seem to think that walking down the street with a Saints shirt on there will get no attention.
"We're going where the sun shines brightly, We're going where the sea is blue Weve all seen it on the movies, now lets see if it's true" Are you going on the bus?
You are right Edward, how about this beach resort instead St.Godders? ,you would be at home with a red stripey deckchair!. You may be a litte late now to enjoy some surfing though................. http://www.shirahama-ryokan.jp/en/index.html
Listen SB3 as one that has been through something similar.......what they are doing out there ain't a joking matter. I accept you meant it as tongue in cheek.......Personally I think it in poor taste.............
Hello again. Just back from Douro Valley...lovely place. Tour guide was Cardiff supporter. Another holiday-maker was Swansea. Two others were Saints fans (cheer) and one was a Pompey supporter (boo). It was wonderful not to be involved in the play-offs. When Cardiff went out, I pointed out that Saints were now sure of twelve points next season (Cardiff and Pompey). Glad to be back in civilization to find that Nigel and Jaidi have new contracts. Roll on next season.
Thanks. Because I've been away, I've been out of loop. Any news on Barney...he's not on OS list of released or re-signed players.
For some reason June the 6th rings a bell with him going before the court. He has another year to run on his contract doesn't he? Might be wrong on either piece of info.......I'm sure there are more out there better informed than I.
I'd have thought New Orleans would be right up your street Godders! You can check out the real Saints and get smothered by a big black momma if we're lucky
Not sure he would understand the lingo there though especially if they talk to him in French.................
Beddytare as one who holidays every year in France I will say to you "Mon français est parfait merci beaucoup" so frattonfunkdaddy's suggestion is the one for me particularly as early american blues and traditional jazz is the music that turns me on. With regards to SB3 he has a pretty poor idea of what is funny.
Could try to fly to Scotland today? If any of that ash dumps on Nottarf it could do thousands of pounds worth of improvement.
