We've needed a cultural shake up for some time now. As nervous as I am about PDC's lack of experience, I am very confident that he is just the man to make the team a family again.

As said we've needed this sort of shake up for years now and, unfortunately it looks like a full rebuild with only 4/5 players in the current squad imo that are good enough for first team next season.
Do we go for the full whack in one though or do we do it over the season?

Will he change his thinking that Colback isn't a left winger nevermind a right winger

We played well against Chelsea, Mags and Everton. Dire against villa and for half a game against stoke we were awesome. But we've lost 2 in 6! Does anyone think that'd be the case with O'Neill in charge?

Agree with op. I'd keep Mignolet, Gardner, O'Shea, Rose, Catts, Colback, Sessegnon, Johnson & Wickham. I'd only have 6 if those as starters. The others for the squad

If we can get players in that will improve the squad then get them in I say.
Is Colback the new Bardsley in so much as another one of your scape goats?

On top of those I would also keep N'Diaye (as I think he is going to develop in to a proper player next season) and Fletcher.

Not at all, I like Colback as a full back and he is a half decent central midfielder but playing him on the wing is lunacy and completely stifled us as an attacking threat. Bardsley is just a bad player in my eyes

Colback will be our right back next season. At a push, ninth choice midfielder. Bardsley has to go.

Colback is a half decent utility player and should be kept, Bardsley is a half decent LB (remember last season lads) so why not try him there instead? No Rose for the Spurs game which means we are short yet again and, God knows what sort of team PDC will be able to put out.

We would have drawn at Villa, but lost to the Mags and Everton with MON in charge.

N'Daiye, Fletcher can be added to the list to keep.

I pisses me off thinking of the young strikers MON sold, especially Campbell. I am sure PDC would have liked Campbell cos he had a great attitude, was never given a chance after his injury even though we are stupidly short of strikers. Now he has scored 7 goals in 12 games for Cardiff. A team with Fletcher/wickham up front with Sess and Campbell to play off them would have been a canny strike force imo. Campbell doesnt have as much ball skills as Sess, but his pace would have made up for it.

Letting Campbell go for peanuts has possibly been the blooper of the season for me. He'd have ran Stoke and Southampton ragged with his pace.
