    QPR midfielder Joey Barton has been assaulted outside a nightclub in Liverpool.The 29-year-old, was allegedly involved in a fight with two men outside Garlands nightclub in the city centre.Police were called to the scene at around 5:30am, and arrested two men, both 21, for a public order offence.Queens Park Rangers confirmed the player suffered facial injuries before leaving with his girlfriend.

    Couldn't happen to a nicer bloke <applause>

    Garlands is a gay club,so its possible it was a couple of Queens that were responsible for hitting the Queens Park Rangers player.
