some of you on here are supposed to be supporters of the club thru' thick and thin really do show your colours at times.

Why would he leave? He is loved by the fans, backed by his chairman and has a good squad of players. I think it would take an offer from a big club to turn his head. Bruce will have known what the Allams were planning long before we found out.

I doubt he knew Assem was going to do his looney pensioner act in front of the national press.

Thats what I am trying to get at ... why should any fan of Hull City even think that SB would have his head turned now after all he has acheived during his term in office.

How can you manage a football club when the owner spouts his garbage every now and again (or in our case every season) . SB cannot say anything 'against or for' due to the consequences he may face either from Owner or Fans . I agree with the OP , I would be fed of this by now , how on earth can you concentrate on the 'on field' side when you have all this around you . I hope not , but yes , he could walk .

The one good thing about AA is he does run the club the way it's supposed to be. He doesn't interfere with Steve a Bruce at all. In this day and age and the way most these wealthy owners are that is no small thing.

My real worry about new ownership is that it will be someone who sticks his nose in to team affairs and gets trigger happy after a bad run. Even if they end up like Leicesters Thai's and learn from their lessons, that small initial period of insanity is enoh to completely destabilise a club at this level and send them on a downward spiral, and we all know how tough it is to change course after relegation to the championship.

Equally it could be someone with a brain who doesn't meddle with team affairs, sack a manager on a whim or run the club into the ground/like a crook. They could be the best owners hull city ever have who buy the stadium, expand it, get the crowds in, invest in club infrastructure, youth development, scouting and really push us on to another level.

I'm willing to take that gamble, I don't think we have a choice.

Shame i was wrong, im big enough to admit that, really wish today could of been better, but for an Allam supporter like myself, its getting to a point where selling the Club is the only way forward, i respect Mr Allam, but today was a massive crash and his words have sadly made things 10 x worse ...

I want him to sell now, its nothing to do with the name, its for the good of the Club we all love

As an Allam supporter, what will you do when he leaves?

He might make an Allam Marine Sunday league team for those of you to go and watch?

As Allam Supporter i mean iv backed him up, agreed with him ...

But after the way he came across today, he is not a footballing man, and needs to put his feet up and look back at all the great things he has done for the Club, The City of Hull, and charties, he can still walk away from this with a lot of pride if he sells up, and gets a PR person to make a final statement for him

All true, but Allam isn't above that at all. He sacked our last manager under extremely controversial circumstances. Most people have pretended it was a good idea all along now we've got Bruce who's better, but it was an appalling decision and definitely trigger happy.

"Tomorrow will go down in Hull City History, its going to be a moment to tell the grandchildren, and at the end, everyone will love and respect the Allam Family"

"negotiations for several weeks have finally been concluded it seems, its looks like this is the final hours of the Allam ownership

Tomorrow marks the begining of a new dawn, and awake this sleeping giant, Hull City is going to be big news for generations...Tomorrow we arrive on the big stage

Tonight..enjoy the Hull City you have known all your life, for tomorrow it will never be the same"

Was it not what you'd made up .............................. sorry I meant "heard".

Steve Bruce will leave if the right job comes along; he will leave if this situation becomes too damn difficult (albeit, reluctantly). He wants the England job, so employment is key.

Stop judging, you're coming across as just as big a twat as the others who are supporting him . . . . :emoticon-0112-wonde

Put that bottle down, Brady. :emoticon-0120-doh:

Why would he want to walk?

He's worked wonders with us, and considering he's aiming at the England job, what he's turning us into is definitely putting himself in a good light. If we aren't threatened with relegation and he's able to bring in the players that he wants (as he is now) he'll be fine.

He's already proven what a professional he is by shrugging it all off last Season. This doesn't bother him, but he'd obviously rather not have it here, as would anyone.
