I know we'll never find out now, but all this talk about HH leaving and needing a new target man makes me think of one thing. I really wish Ray Jones was here and still playing for us. I truly believe he was destined for greatness. The truth maybe that a bigger club would've come in for him before now, but just imagine him and cisse up front together, had his potential been realised. And for him to have had the opportunity to step up in class and play alongside better quality team mates....

A good point and very well addresed. Sadly we will never know. A really tragic tale. I for one believe that he would of hit the heights, Ray Jones's passing really hit QPR hard. Better than Sturridge in my opinion. Alas we will never know, a truly sad story.

Only reason I didn't mention him is because I know very little about him, nor did I ever see him play. I didn't even know he was a qpr youth team player til it was in the papers after he died. But you are right. And it's always sad when a kid loses their life, talented footballer or not....
