Interesting question, because the same could be applied from the UK ie if i route my IP out of France from the UK could i watch the live tv (Unavailable in the UK) - One to which i also don't know the answer.

Starting this year iFollow is available in the UK for full match viewing, this is providing it isn't a Saturday afternoon game or a game being shown live on Sky Sport. This means that the Sunderland game will be available for those unable to get to the game.
