Been a lot of if’s around this season,

If Bruce goes
If Bent had stayed
If we had not had those injuries
If Campbell had stayed fit
If we had hung on that extra few minutes
If, if, if...

Well how about some did’s and will’s

Did play well against all the top teams
Did have some good and bad luck
Did have a great first half to season
Did maintain premier status, again
Did play some good football
Will keep Bruce
Will spend in the summer
Will improve

and the easy to pick fault

If we want to find fault we will, with Bruce, the team and the club.
Lets end the season on a high and look at all the good things about our club, its very hard to be top 4 but very easy to be bottom 3, we Sunderland fans know that, lets be thankful that we are learning how to avoid the bottom and daring to aim for the top.
 
Well said syd we have heard too much from the gloom mongers recently. Let's be a little more positive. All in all it hasn't been a bad season and with the right players coming in the next one should be even better. Having said that you did miss one 'if'...... If syd had gone away more often. <rofl> <sorry>
 
Hey what about the Whens

When are we going to have a good cup run
When are we going to hear some truth in the summer about transfers instead of rumours and kept in the dark.
When are we going to learn we need a settled side.
When are we going to give Bruce some credit

We are staying up and i believe we are going to get it right

Because modern supportes are fickle
Because our defence was ****e
Because they inter breed
Because your looking at a picture of Brad Pitt instead of in the mirror lol

Probably nearer the start of the pre season games. The speculation doesn't come from the club it is the press having to fill the blank spaces in their newspapers. It wouldn't help the club much if they did give advance warnings of the players they are interested in because that only makes other clubs more aware and could make them put in bids as well.
