If the worst comes to the worst and we are adrift before the last game. 1. Would Pulis resign to protect his never been relegated record, or would he just keep his nose in the trough? 2. Would anyone still want him as manager? 3. Who would he blame? because it sure as hell won't be his fault. Your thoughts, gentlemen would be greatly appreciated
No i think he would happily take us down as he does not care about the fans really and to be honest Coates seems that dim he would probably give him another season to see if he could get us back up. I would want a more experienced prem manager that would look at fresh young talented players instead of old has been Charlies. He would blame the referee's, the fans, the wind and rain at the Britt, the congestion on getting off the car parks on match days, Kitson, Potts for shouting at him every game and anyone else he could cram into his 30 minute interview!
I think he'd stay. Not because of anything to do with the fans, but if it did happen and he ****ed off to preserve his "never relegated" record, it'd be a joke, cause it'd clearly only be a technicality. And there would be worse managers than Pulis to bring us back up again, only problem being, if he managed it, he'd keep his job for another year, and we'd be in the same boat we're in now, years further down the line.
I don't believe in if anymore, it's an illusion, it's an illusion or If you can keep your head, when all around you people are losing theirs, you'll be a man my son. If you can treat those twin imposters etc Pulis out no ifs or buts
Cheer's Waddo, let's all blme ME! Then I don't go to games next season. I can spend more time with kids/Grandchildren etc. I won't get so stressed up. My Missus would be chirpy cos I would'nt be complaining (most weeks) Our house would be a nicer place to be around. Economically I'm hundreds of quid better off! Therefore saving fuel causing less pollution. It would most probably stop me having to go into hospital. And PULIS keeps his JOB.
For me I think he has gone past the point of walking and I would imagine that he is that convinced in his own abilty that he would insist on staying to bring us back up!
Thanks for replying guys, some good points in there, the fly in the ointment is talking about it in the first place.
