What would you implement? Ditch FFP but limit a club from spending more than £125M in a year with no more than 65% of income on wages. Also the club must start a game with a minimum 5 players born from your own country, unless they have been in your youth team from the age 14.

It's an independent country. They do have a monetary union with Swutzerland, but their financial and banking system is independent - and very secretive too. It's only just over 10sq miles and a population of 36,000. But, WTF, I'm more than ready to be 'persuaded' that it's the perfect place for the W.C.
