    It's the perfect business model Sensible:

    1) Persuade the Government that something's so important that it can only be carried out by licensed practitioners
    2) Form a professional body and get the Government to nominate that as the sole licensor
    3) Restrict access by ever more demanding entry qualifications
    4) Charge what you like.

    I do feel sorry for the fans of Pompey but you have to wonder where they got the cash to buy a player for £1.5M at the beginning of the season.

    Another example of bad ownership ruining a football club.
