The East Midlands and Derbyshire, make your choice from the following teams and let us know why you'd follow them

    Burton Albion
    Derby County
    Leicester City
    Nottingham Forest
    Mansfield Town
    Chesterfield
    Notts County

Reasoning is by process of elimination-Derby and Forest have irritated me in the past plus they are both championship sides that we will play next season. Leicester and Chesterfield play in blue. Leaves Burton, Notts County or Mansfield. Burton are more on the up and are champions like ourselves. Will go with them.

Between Derby and the 2 Nottingham clubs. Although I like pride park it was far from the Centre from memory. Both notts county and forest are near the centre. I went to notes county this season and liked the fpground so Ill choose notes county.

I was due to see us play Chesterfield away around 2002 at the old Saltergate ground but it got rained off due to a waterlogged pitch when we were only about 30 miles away......

    I think I'd choose Derby.

Went to Saltergate - the crowd were really hostile to our players, but brilliant to us fans

Got back to the pub (we stayed in Wetherspoons) - I had my City shirt on - they all wanted to talk to me about the game - that's exactly how it should be - great people

It was 2-2 and Tommy Doc got sent off in the first half

So the Spirites for me - Chesterfield

I reckon it would have been Forest due to their History etc.. it would honestly depend on where I was living, I may well go for the most local team?

Forest, liked the way Cloughie took players who was ok and made them into the team that won the European Cup.

If I took Banksy's theory I would either be a Gashead or slightly worse a Newport supporter.
