...from any team in the Premiership to play for the Swans who would it be? To be honest with this question I'm aiming more at players who might actually come to play for the Swans. Obviously he doesn't have much experience at this level but Grant Holt is a good boy... although I can't get the image of Berba out of my head! Imagine him holding the ball up for us... Also, if you could pick any player worldwide to sign, irrespective of price, who would that be? Mine would be... Borini. I know a lot of people will say that, but with the talent he showed playing for us at such a young age, in the first team for the first time, this guy is going to go on to do big things. I'm hoping that somehow, and I have no idea how this might happen, that he'll end up back here. Here's hoping eh! Vidic would be quality alongside Ash too, thinking about it...

sorry scottswan...couldn't help myself..old habits and all that for something a little more constructive..well done at the weekend..good result
Apart from Borini, I would love to see Stephen Ireland down here. Never gonna happen, but he would be perfect for us
That's a good shout, I was on about that over the summer a little bit. Wages were probably the stumbling block, and I can't imagine Brendan didn't at least think about making an enquiry. He'd be perfect for our system...
the dude from man city who is scoring at will agulera or whatever his name is, if not him jalavic from rangers
I'm working on an age reducing pill,so we can bring back Bob Latchford, and a few others. Now wouldn't that be nice?
Hah, it would indeed. If you're bringing him back then you'd have to chuck a pill to Robbie James too, at least!
I was going to mention dear Robbie first, actually, but felt I would get some negative reactions. RIP Robbie,we still think and talk about you.
Well I have to say that for me, I'd like to see Borini back, the boy fitted into our system so well and easy, seemed to love the front man position, and loved causing defenders problems for fun, how I miss him, having said that, wouldn't mind pinching Ruud van Nistelrooy from Málaga, know he's 35 but would love to see Rodgers tempt him with Prem football again!!.............. please log in to view this image PS: By the way Scott, can you next time, run it by me when you fancy recommending a dodgy Jack for mod, we don't want any control freaks as mods on the Swansea board, or tarts for that matter!!............ please log in to view this image
Borini would be an obvious first choice, but I'd be more than happy with a permanent on Caulker. This kid is terrific already. He has played quietly in possession in his first few games dishing off to Ash and others and letting them take the lead; but as he goes on he's going to be terrific moving the ball out from the back and a real threat in the oppositions' box from corners etc.
Borini was very special, and he did slot in quite seamlessly. If we'd had him all last season we would have walked the league. Van the Man sounds interesting,Dragon. A last fling may well inspire him,but at what cost?
He'd probably appreciate that he can't command wages anywhere near what he's been used to, I can't imagine Malaga are paying him more than 25kpw... but to be honest I'd imagine it's more like 17.5kpw. Cheeky January loan?
