    ''If you build it, they will come'' - so was the message in the Kevin Costner film 'Field of Dreams'

    I had such an epiphany last night, a dream of ther utmost clarity. I know now what I must do. The instructions from the angels were quite specific.

    I've moved the trampoline and dug up the veg patch, and I am building a giant model of SJP in my back agrden out of tin foil, double sided sticky tape and toilet rolls.

    I was told in my vision to make a saucer shaped indentation in the centre circle - here I must pour a small cup of stale Newcy Brown, a sprinkling of stottie crumbs and a tuft of Jimmy Nails excess ear hair.

    And then I am to write on pieces of paper the players that we wish to come to SJP next season. I am to drop these pieces of paper into the centre circle, at midnight tomorrow, stark bollock naked excpet for one balck and white hooped sock.

    And, so the angels say, they will come....

    Please let me know who you would like to see at SJP, and I will carry out the required ritual accordingly.

    PS, if I don't make it to any games this year, then you'll know that I've been sectioned under the mental health act....

    Talking about dreams, I had a funny one last night.

    I go to all the away games and apart from the odd London game or two when I use the train, I travel on a supporters coach.

    In the dream last night I went to get the coach and when it pulled up it was just a mini coach ( we usually have 45 seaters ) and when the back door opened it was packed full and everybody was standing and it looked more like a cattle truck. I was wondering how the hell I was going to get in because it was already packed like a tin of sardines but before I could find out I woke up.

    A psycologist would say that dream represents the pressures in your life and underlying resentment and anger that you feel when you bow to scocieties requirement to conform. Me, I 'd say you ate too much cheese..

    A shnirnk would probably assume you were worried that, with such a great team being assembled at SJP you were subconciously worried that eventually you may not get in to see a game...... oh crap... that's me dreaming isn't it!
