Yeah we have used Pullmans VW in Durham a couple of times... they were okay. For whats it worth my current understanding of the car market, is this is not the time to buy. Used car prices are very high (okay if you are selling) and due to production problems eg shortage of chips new cars are not plentiful, so no decent discounts to be had. I had planned to change senior management's car this year (probably an elecyric I've got a petrol plug-in hybrid). But I have decided to wait until there is more of a glut and electric car prices come down, ?.
I bought a one year old Nissan NV200 from them 5 years ago and they were great, took my Lexus RX in part ex for a good price and the van was perfect.
My brother has had no bother with his 4 year old V W touareg had it since new, exellent car, reliable and roomy. Thinking about a range rover or V W camper type car next.
