Interested to know the following -

Say we win tomorrow, go top 6, Brentford lose at Blackburn, will Mick get credit IRRESPECTIVE of the team he's picked?

If we lose tomorrow, Brentford win, will it be season?

If we draw tomorrow, Brentford lose, we'd be back into the top 6 on goal difference. Would this be that bad?

    Just curious!

Eight games to go after tomorrow anyway. COME ON YOU BLUES!

Ifs, Buts and Maybe's pretty much sums up our season.

Irrespective of what happens tomorrow, we're still in the play off picture - JUST. Brentford are going to drop points, guatanteed, so will will everyone. We just have to hope we pick up a few unexpected points along the way and get some momentum and confidence back (i know, stating the obvious)

I will give Mick credit if we get into the play offs, as i honestly didn't expect it at the start of the season.
I still think we may just scrape the play offs, but thats only because Brentford and Wolves are not good enough to win consistantly (i've said in a previous post, Blackburn could be a bigger danger than Brentford and Wolves)

I wouldn't completely rule out Forest at this stage either!

They are on a phenomenal run of form!

Did anybody witness what he was like during the Magilton years on the old 606 board? Now that's how much further he can go. A maelstrom of fury, and a pretty impressive sight.

Very anti-Magilton. Makes the 2015 Spanish come across like The Dude from The Big Lebowski.

Poor old Jim was pretty clueless though wasn't he!

For every Jon Walters there was a David Norris! <doh>

In my rather rose-tinted, 'everything will get better' early teenage years, (what's changed :emoticon-0105-wink:) I was a fan of Magilton. I think it wound Spanish up a bit. Looking back, I can see his mistakes and he didn't spend Evans' cash well, but he got us playing some attractive football and did a much better job than Keane and Jewell.

True enough, but you've got to clutch at some straws when defending Jim.

Well I never.....Spanish and me would have been in agreement......I thought Jim was a poor appointment And the easy option and was never really impressed by him, I've never been a fan of a current player stepping up to manage his once team mates...........Magilton always wanted to be one of the lads and so could never gain any authority...imo.

I've built Spanish up too much ... I need to knock him down. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Big fan of Roy Keane. I remember he used to hate my 'Keane Out' articles.

Spanish was pro Keane which is always my trump card ;)!

I haven't posted this on the wind up either - it applies to all.

I think knee jerk reactions are common place on forums - but I like everyone on here really. We all want what's best from Ipswich and have a slightly different viewpoint.

Would like to meet more people over time from of here!
