....... there's a fellow by the name of Jerome who scored at Wembley this afternoon as Norwich gained promotion back to the premier league. I believe he has scored a few goals for the canaries this season and could be a useful addition to our squad next season. Could he do it in the premier league though? Thoughts anyone?

Never given a real chance under Tone.

BUT...Bojan's coming home and Hughes will sign Austin...sorted

It is a key position for us next season and our future probably depends on this signing. Crouch and Walters have aged and played less of a role this season and Diouf us yet to find his form. Even with Peter coming back from injury, he only had one more top flight season for me.

im going to go out on a limb and say kets splash £12 million on Hernandez, noone seems to want him and his scoring record is second to none. I still think Diouf will come good and his 11 goals in the prem this season is a record along with Fuller

We need a right back , a right winger , and a centre forward. £40 m should be enough - chickenfeed for Stoke these days. And now that we have coughed up to buy Wollschied , I hope someone has the answer to his deficiency of pace ; it has put us in a tight spot more than once recently.

Good call Ricc...SJW has been great this season in my opinion. Hope we can get Moses on board as well as a 'poacher'

Good to see Huth getting loads of kudos at Leicester.

What is Muni's best position CB????!

My original post re: Jerome was a little bit tongue in cheek of course but he has done well for Norwich. It's going to be an interesting summer. Hughes will surely be given funds to strengthen the squad and we should be able to attract decent players.

I honestly only think we need a good striker, if we keep Huth (which we must) then we have muniesa who can almost play anywhere in the back 4 and as a holding midfielder, odemwingie plays well on the wing aswell as upfront (remember age is just a number), if we sign moses then we should have enough wingers. The problem I can see if we do sign say 4 more good solid players is giving them all game time. We all know what mardarses these prem players are and players not happy can turn a dressing room very sour. Ill be honest though any good signings are more than welcome at our club. UTMPSS!!

I stand by my earlier comment , a right back is needed , Cameron is not a right back. A winger is needed , if and it's a big IF we sign Moses then ok , but we have not signed him yet. And a striker because much as we love him Crouchie can no longer deliver the goods , unless of course we could play Liverpool every week.
