This is some of the reasons why: We have earned nine points in 2015; no side has fared worse in the Premier League. We still have the worst away record in the division, earning only seven points from 17 matches. We have won one of their last 10 league matches, losing seven. We have scored in each of their last 10 away games but have kept just one clean sheet on the road this season. We have conceded a league-high 61 goals prior to the weekend fixtures, having let in two goals or more in 23 of their 35 matches.
You could write an infinite list really, if (or almost certainly now when) we go down it because we got less points then the people who didn't!
You could but this was on the BBC site. I thought there was three teams worse than us this season, and that we have had bad luck, and we have had some and it has not evened out over the season. However when you see the items mentioned it is not hard to see why we are at the bottom. We could stay bottom yet.
The other teams around us have been fighting for their lives to stay up and putting in big performances, we play like a team sat in mid table with nothing to play for, that's what has disappointed me most about Ramsey, he hasn't managed to fire up our players at all!
Can we send a list of our deficiencies to Liberal Democrat Central Office? Their own problems won't look so bad...
I imagine we'll be dead and buried before halftime, Aguerro thinks it's Christmas every time we play them...
Look forward guys, not back. The only important 'if' was the one about whether TF & Co would walk away, leave the club insolvent and ready to be wound up. Seeing as that seems unlikely, let's look forward, maybe to another Wembley?!
Bottom line is that we are just not good enough, who is to blame for that has been subject to much discussion on this forum. The old adage that the table doesn't lie is all too true, we are bottom because we are the worst team in the league. Hopefully we can rebuild next season and move upwards and onwards.
