    ...match our scores to the corresponding fixtures last time we played for the next six games, they would be Everton(a) 1-0; Stoke(h) 1-0; Reading(a) 1-0; Arsenal(h) 2-1; Newcastle(h) 0-0 and Liverpool(a) 0-1.
    If we did that, would 37 points be enough??

    You know what, the way your season has gone if you got to 37, then 38 would mark safety.
    I reckon you will win today, but I think that will just prolong the hope & the pain. Villa looks like the turning point, had you won there the Fulham game would have been different imo. Either way, its still to play for, good luck today.

    I've stopped looking at what could be, just let it happen. Expect the worst so it's not so painful if it happens, if we escape then it will make last year pale in to insignificance.
