Reports in the daily telegraph that fergie may be looking to offload javier Hernandez in the summer! I know it's only rumour ( at the moment ) but if he became available would you want him? He certainly made a great impact when he first signed but seems to have been found out recently and ferguson seems to have lost faith esp now they have RVP . He Definately knows where the goal is though and we certainly need someone like that. Thoughts?
I was surprised to see how old he actually is, 24. For some reason I've always thought he was 21 or 22. I dont see why Manure dont use him more. He's just as good a Welbeck yet seems to be getting the Berbflop treatment. Should we buy, depends on the price and with it being Manure I dont see it being all that cheap for us.
Would it stunt Morgan, Yesil, and Ngoo? I would rather we got someone a bit more high profile ( Negredo).
Maybe but he does have prem experience and a good scoring ratio. It's unlikely to happen anyway as I am sure fergie would rather keep him than sell him to us.
He's a top, top striker. In your situation it would be crazy not to be in for him. If Man U let him go I'd back him to go on to great things somewhere...like Forlan did.
No. Fergie wouldn't sell him to us (see the Heinze situation) and I don't think he is the right sort of player for us
That's right,Phil Chisnall was the last player to swap from Man U to Liverpool (or vice versa) and that was in 1964!! On a side note, thank **** we didn't get Heinze.
Might eventually get to hear the evidence he told the Suarez 'independent' panel that the Ferguson Asssociation suppressed.
i'd rather a dose of fergies clap...... he's a muck player, a declan donnelly wannabe.... in fact i'd go so far as to say he's the biggest flop in utd's history given the big talk there was over this bargain basment signing.
He knows where the goal is but doesn't have anything other than that to his game, I suppose as striker that is all you need may be the argument. Problem is if he has a dry spell in front of goal then he is a complete passenger on the pitch. So no for me.
little sh1te doesn't adequetely describe the cesspit of crapulance that is the chicatitto.... or whatever stupid nick name the mancs have for the ant and dec impersonator.
Hernandez is good when your team can camp outside the oppositions box 30 yards out passing it around looking for openings. He'd be more suited to our current style than Uniteds. Problem for me is, he cannot hold up a ball or retain possession very well, two key attributes we are looking for in players playing our style, so for this.. he is just not suitable for us. .
