Totally agree, but we would probably shoot ourselves in the foot by heaping huge sanctions on the club's and having a media circus for weeks afterwards. It still angers that we were band from European comps, yet racist, violent fans get away with it, in Europe with a couple of games behind closed doors, a section of a terrace roped off, or a fine. Some grounds in Holland have bullet proof glass around away supporters???? Just fuels my paranoia and belief that England are hated by rest of Europe.

I must admit that I was surprised to see the high railings in the Bayern Munich Allianz stadium which was built new less than ten years ago.
Why is this type of fence which contributed to the Hillsborough disaster needed?
There isn't a fence in Berlins Olympic stadium and such things are thankfully a thing of the past in UK.

FIFA and UEFA are no friends of English football.
I honestly believe that they treat us differently to other countries (more harshly)
