If Ruiter ever pulls on a Sunderland shirt again

That is the worst goalkeeping I have ever seen

 

I think it's the worst I've seen too, the bloke can't save a damn thing and neither can Steele. It's surreal how we've gone from a long history of decent keepers to suddenly having two of the worst keepers I've ever seen in my life.

Yeah that was a balls up, I never thought we'd end up with two this bad though I didn't think it was possible. I'm honestly a better shot stopper than both of them and I'm the first to admit I'm **** in net.

I agree I think a keeper is the priority position, we're never going to win games with these clowns playing it for laughs.

To be fair the Millwall keeper is just as bad on today's showing even worse.

 

I do try to see positives but these 2 are hapless in the extreme, absolutely nowhere near.

 

Yeah I think he takes the prize for today, what a load of ****e on display today in terms of goalkeeping.

 

Couldn't give a stuff about Millwall's keepers to be fair mate, they're such an irrelevance in our plight. He hasn't made enough mistakes to plunge them into the drop zone, our two have.

 

I don't actually care about Millwall in any way whatsoever but their keepers antics for our second goal did tickle me a bit. You don't often see goalies grabbing crosses and hurling themselves into their own net.

 

I reckon 7 points down to poor keeping.

That puts us 18th.

To be conceding almost 2 a game is shambolic I can off the top of my head account for 8 or so down to keepers.

There’s also the fact we may play more freely going forward with faith in defence.

We’ve scored more than Boro in 6th and only 2 less than Cardiff in 3rd, had Grabban not missed 6-7 games we’d have a few more cos the lads a ****ing danger.

 

I reckon more, i've blamed him for goals which were defended early seasons, two in one game from Ruiter, that plus today is 5 points(minimum, i'd have to go over them again which ain't happening) that's before we even get on to Steele

Yep, major factor in our season. We can't expect a new manager to come in and have an established assessment of the squad(unless you're parker) So we need the fanzines and press to really press on our goalkeeping situation. Shout it from the rooftops, Top five keepers to save Sunderland articles the lot. Major issue we need to get home to Coleman before his assesses his squad. Imperative imo, vital to our survival infact.

 

What odds we move for Hennessey, a very good keeper not getting games who Coleman knows from Wales?

I actually suggested we signed him when wolves went down years ago, very decent keeper.

 

Or Myhill, two welsh keepers not getting games. Both easily better than what we have.

 

We may as well beat the press to it, we are gonna be linked with everyone from Bale to Tom ****ing Jones between now and January 31st
