If Rio is coming

Do you think he will announce it on the BBC coverage of the World Cup? I can see Gary asking him what his plans are, would be good.

 

I'm sure he'll take that option if it's going to happen but maybe it won't be settled by then, meaning, he'll have to go back home to press the flesh, meet & greet, talk turkey with uncle Harry and Tonz.
If Tonz is going to allow it, he'll want to check him out face to face.

 

Season starts next month. Need to start buying some players

 

It would be nice to get one or two good signings under our belt, but as Johnny-come-lately's in the Prem, some players will see us as fall-back if they're transfer to a top-half club doesn't come off. And there'll definitely be the usual brinkmanship between certain players and our club in the last hours of the transfer window. It's inevitable. Get the motorcycle couriers ready to bring 'em in to sign up...

However, getting a target purchase through at the eleventh hour should not be confused with the club panicking and buying any "name" tarting themselves about on the final day, which is what we did the last time we were promoted

And also not part of the 25 if they are 21 or under.

 

Thats a bit insulting to our up and coming players? Harriman played against Liverpool and the other players do have time to progress,If they were not much cop they would not be on our website squad profiles believe me.

 

I'm all for bringing on youngsters, but over 21's need to be exceptional to be in the 25 if we are to beat the drop next season. Haven't seen much of that yet in those mentioned
