IF, lets hope it happens. I said we would finish 6th at the start of the season, but I think I was being a bit optomistic and we had Gyan then too.

I thought Bendtner did well today and he does seem to be getting better. If Newcastle win the they look pretty good for 6th. A draw could be the best result for us.

The cup could very well become a big distraction:D

Just flagging that every coin has two sides Syd... Especially at the business end of the season... Harmless banter as was my pink seats comment. Good to see Rep on the way back too. Nice one.

Hmmmmm it is never over until the final whistle goes on the 38th game as far as I am concerned. I think we will beat Norwich anyway but that is no guarantee of 6th place. Chances are, we will finish 7th and as I always said, 5 or 6 points ahead of you who will probably be 8th (You and Everton to fight that out).

Quite honestly I can see a draw against Norwich and a very real chance of a good hiding away to swansea for our northern brethren.
So If, and I repeat if we can do the business at Blackburn and then turn over QPR at home - - - then it will be GAME ON.
I can see squeaky bum time just around the corner for the Mags. :1980_boogie_down:

Sorry I hadn't seen the table after todays matches. We do have the advantage of playing a game less though.

If Norwich beat us , which at the moment I can't see happening , you'd be in with a chance of finishing above us. Pains me to say it but it's true.

Ps. Just read the Muamba thread... Billy has turned into one big **** hasn't he? Haven't been on here for a while but has he really been crying about me for the last 2 weeks? And on a thread about a player fighting for his life...

    <doh>.
