... he would have them set up playing negative ****e

rant over, now time to chill

being truthfully honest don't care if I get slated for it, the sooner the better we get a Laudrupp or a Martinez the better, if MoN gets us back into the top 10 then good but not been impressed with how we play at all and won't be as he aint going to change it, if he was going to it would of been done by now

Even the BBC reporter said we have no ambition. "Glad to see Graham came on with Fletcher instead of for him, not sure what Sunderland's ambition is this season, too good to go down but nowhere near the top end" That's spot on for me. Time to go 2 up top. MON youv've had 25 league games to sort something out. Time to change NOW.

No our height was when we had Gyan, Bent and Welbeck in the same side. Its a shame we could not hold on to all three. Quality is hard to come by and it costs money. Steve Bruce's downfall was nothing he did, it was the fact SAFC could not keep hold of the quality we had. Imagine if we had those 3 and sess, Johnson, Rose and Fletch. That is the quality we need..... I am sorry but Danny Graham just does not cut it.

mate I know people like MoN and want to stick with him which is fair enough but surely you have to admit we do not go into games in a positive manner

when was the last time we got in a teams face pressured and harried them, got the ball back and attacked them with a purpose.

Teams like Swansea will overtake us being they approach games positively

Our approach play can be very frustrating, but when our cm's play as poorly as ours did today (N'Dayie was good defensively and made good runs, passing and shooting was god awful) then no matter what you'll struggle

Today's loss was down to individual errors, both goals were awful to concede and N'Dayie should have put us 2-1 up. Had he done then we'd be looking at a successful result.

Definitely a work in progress and once MoN gets more players in I'm sure we'll look a lot more dangerous going forward

    KTF!

I hope so, these tactics seriously worry me, nothing suggests that they will change with more arrivals in the summer

I don't know mate, I just don't think we have the quality of supply in the last 3rd. We can finish its just the players like Fletcher don't get enough chances to do it. I can't think of a single decent chance Fletch had today.

I am not surprised and thats because he gets totally isolated, that has nothing to do with the players its how we set up, surely MoN can see that?

Well I couldn't disagree more if I tried.

Martinez is the biggest myth in football. I don't rate him at all, in fact I think he is ****e tbh. A bottler, gobshite and relegation battler at best (3 years on the belt despite having a few bob to spend). I'd sooner have crabs than him as manager, as I could get rid of crabs easier.

As for the latest cool manager, what has Laudrup actually ever achieved at any level of management?

I'll stick to Mon thanks and not a johnny come lately or pile of self promoted ****e.

    Cheers.

Bugger got to agree with Cest on this one about both Martinez and Laudropp. Fair does Swansea are having a belting season that's fine but, they did okay last season and they have more or less the same players. As for Martinez where are Wigan again poolie?
If MON was managing Barca we'd all be wanting him as manager mate as he'd be doing fine with a top team inherited from the previous manager.
We all have bad days and weeks it just seems we are having a few more than normal lately.
