I would suggest in the event of Max being sold, it's time for supporters to make a stand. How about a demonstration by season ticket holders and demand a refund on their season tickets. After all, they will have been sold basically under false pretences. Only one way to hurt the current regime, in their pockets

Agree that a protest would be worthwhile if Gradel were sold but can you explain the highlighted bit further?

    Eh?

Just watching the BBC documentary on Millwall FC, quite interesting. Amazing how over all these years Millwall man has more or less stayed the same!

I meant the season tickets would have been sold under false pretences. Surely anyone buying them at the prices they're at, could at least have expected the club to try to keep our best players even if unwilling to buy new quality ones.

That's what you'd hope but there's no clause in the season tickets saying the club can't sell even the best talent. I agree with a protest simply on the grounds that it would have been an awful decision, wouldn't want to throw away my ST.

You should start researching ways to get hold of as many Leeds fans as possible. Get in touch with supporters clubs and the like and see how many people would be interested in protesting outside the ground one day.

You can't fill the ground on matchday, no chance any other day of the week.

If we got 10 million for him I couldn't see it getting spent on replacements though. This is the issue, either Bates is a tight fisted git, or Grayson genuinely believes getting frees and paying higher wages is the best way to get good players. Something is not right and I want to see us bag an absolute star for a million or so. Not like we can't afford it!

There's a handful of teams salivating over the prospect of signing Gradel. Swansea, West Ham, Fulham, Stoke. Are Newcastle still interested? Either way the most prominent rumour going round and the one that stands out to me is that he is expected to sign a new contract in the next few days.

Cheers. Too much time spent arguing with CliveTime, + I'm pretty tired. I've corrected it now.

I would rather lose Gradel than Snoddy but ideally we'd keep both.

Gradel gave us the pace we'd been crying out for for years and his goalscoring record was phenomenal last season. Snodgrass has a more class and genuine quality, though. His first touch is as good as I've seen.
