But how many **** players have gone to Sunderland and become good? And at the same time, how many good players have gone ****?

Honestly? We've never signed a **** player in my 35 years that turned out to be good but we've signed a hatful of what we thought would be good that turned out to be absolute ****e.

My point being Cest he was not prolific when we got him but he ended up being a decent player for us is it impossible this lad could do the same? I have barely seen the lad play he scored 5 goals in 11 appearences in Europe (when he actually started games rather then coming off the bench) I am not going to right him off yet I will give the lad a chance. I may be proved wrong and he may be S H I T E but then again he could be a decent signing for us.

I dont know eneough about Ngog to be critical. I will always give the player a chance. I remember when we signed Welbeck on loan the moaners were out giving all his stats lack of goals at Preston etc ect and he ended up being a decent signing for us....

I will sit back wait until the transfer window shuts and then make my judgement. Ev:bandit:eryone to their own but thats what I will be doing.

On this topic, can you please tell WHAT MOANERS? as I recall there were none.

Oh there where plenty.....I remember on the 606 some supporters bringing his stats up from when he was on loan at Preston saying if he could not do it in the championship what makes Bruce think he could do it in the premiership.....or Bill I could just be a liar???

Also Wellbeck had looked class at United when he'd played. But he'd made nothing like 60 substitute appearances.

N'Gog's been tested and been found lacking.

9 goals in 63 games is Ngogs record most games in the prem and Europe
13 Goals in 56 games is Dannys record not much different if you ask me...:-) but hey its about opinions eh!

Welbeck's played 8 games for United in the league. 1 goal

Ngog's played 63 games for Liverpool in the league. 9 goals

Wellbeck offers a lot in build up play. N'Gog's shown no evidence of that. However I hope this turns out to be less than a disaster.
