Would Spock just sit there and go, "captain, it's logical that the present board are running this club as finances dictate and are prepared to sit out on the players contracts until they themselves want to sign or better players become available and we can sign them" Or would he listen to Scotty absolutely crapping himself screaming "captain she's breaking up I cannae hold her any longer" What is the logical thing about our situation?
Does that mean when we get beamed down and get eaten by a bloke in a plastic lizard suit. Never thought of that. We should wear yellow that will fit perfectly with some of our fans.
That would be "Mr. Spock" - Dr. Spock would tell you how to take care of your offspring. Badly. Or so I'm informed.
If Dr Spock were a CAFC fan he would be explaining to us the best way to change the nappies on the people who are panicking about the way the club is being run and explaining that fairy tales about buying the club with a £5 annual subscription is not the best way to delude your children. If Mr Spock were a CAFC fan he would be explaining, as Typical says, that the management are taking a fairly logical approach to reducing the level of their longer term liabilities, maintaining investment in developing new products in the hope that one or two may bring in cash and sensibly looking for other investors to join them in maintaining a football club. We need Bones to sedate Scotty
Tewkesbury, Svt you have passed my first test. I would have to hand in my phaser at the sevenoaks and district Star Trek (captain kirk) enterprise division, if I ever called Mr Spock a Dr. My own cause was not helped however by refusing to travel in the rain and getting absolutely smashed in the pub until it stopped raining. But surely Trekkie fans, logically things aren't as bad? As Svt says they are following to my mind, a logical plan?
Mr. Spock would find the whole world of football extremely illogical. He would look at the huge amounts of money which a few individuals manage to extract from those less well off and say "Fascinating!". He might then say "Take me to your leader" who would be Sepp Blatter. He might soon realise that this was a devious, corrupt individual and conclude that the lunatics were running the asylum.
