...then last nights was without shadow of a doubt perfect. Every single result was perfect, even down to Watford/Blackburn drawing. Now, i definitely have to eat humble pie, as i never gave us a sniff against either Brighton or Derby, and even wrote our season off only last week. In all fairness, i still don't think we'll make it, and will end up around 10th/11th. But at least our season will be in full swing in April, and for the positive, which makes a change. I also still think 70 points will be enough for a 6th placed finish, so we need to find another 4 wins and a draw from our remaining 8 games. Our 4 remaining home games look to be our bestest chance, and hopefully we can nick a win or a couple of draws from our away fixtures.
Some tricky games in the last 8. Away trips to Blackburn(crucial) burnley(very hard) amongst those. I'd like to see us grab 15 points from those. Possible. That's winning the winnable home games and hopefully getting a point at Blackburn,Huddersfield and unpredictable Watford. I hope May 3rd is an edge of seat finale with all to play for.
