and someone who can bring new idea's and new methods into the club aswell as improve with regards to scouting the foreign market.

Quique Sanches Flores, Rafa Benitez and Louis Van Gahl all out of work who would certainly do good jobs for us.

Are you seriously suggesting Ricky Gervais would do a good job here?

I'd like someone who gets us scoring plenty goals! So many 1 goal wins I wouldn't mind it they were comfortable, they're not and it's a major fault in our game

Van Gaal would be a very obvious contender mind.

Frank Rijkaard maybe, managing Saudi, probably on £3.2 billion a week like.

Rafa complained the treble winning Inter side he inherited from Mourinho wasn't strong enough, god forbid.

O'Neil over any of the above mentioned.

This for someone to do so poorly with the champions league winning team has something wrong with him

Have we learned nothing from the Gyan and Bent failures. Big name players and big name managers would use us as a stepping stone to better things. Better we went for a manager that is comfortable here and capable of kick starting the club. I thought Bruce was the man but he clearly isnt.

Hughes walked out on Fulham as he thought he was better than them and was lined up for the Villa job. He got egg on his face.

MON, not everyones cup of tea of you read these boards, would at least not use us to move on as that hasnt been his style at all, as a player or manager. At 59 he is hardly going to go anywhere else and would at least bring the best out of our squad IMO. Gaal, Rijkaard and Benitez dont want to be SAFC manager anymore than Bent and Gyan wanted to be Sunderland players but they would take it to get back in the shop window. Thats no use to me or the club.

    MoN 100% for me.
