I like the sentiment but gallas and sick note will barely play...in fact is gallas even still there? How quick is Vertonghen?
King's contract has run out and is rumoured to be taking up a youth coach role and Gallas is being offered to any club that will take him. We've got plenty of pace in our defence at the moment so it'd have to be skill, not pace, to undo us. There's been a lot of false dawns for Torres, where he's supposed to have put all his poor form behind him so it remains to be seen whether a couple of new signings will get him playing as he was 3/4 years ago. If he doesn't start turning up, the midfield won't be able to bale him out every week.
I wasn't at first but since he's actually been appointed I've convinced myself it's a good move He talks a good talk so ultimately it's down to his actions now and we'll see whether his time at Chelsea was a fair representation of him as a manager.
I think you got a good deal with AVB Yid. Don't doubt hes a good manager, and he has a years experience with Chelsea politics to learn from, which is like 10 years with anyone else. Calm heads all round ,and I think you will do very well, especially with your new players. Good luck to you.
6-1? since that match I have been made redundant, had a long term relationship end, have been with my misses for 15 years, had 2 kids, changed jobs 10 times, become middle aged, had an operation, been to 4 funerals and moved twice ... and I still have ****ing nightmares about that day...so thanks for bringing it up git!

With the pace we have I am sure we will cause them lots of problems. That Mata and Hazard partnership behind Torres will be awesome.
