He was also commanding in the air - great performance. Other good performances: Craig Beattie - typically bullish in a Celtic sort of way. Vangelis Moras - good in the air and on the deck at centre-back. Went off at half-time, presumably to keep him safe as it was a miserable swirly drizzly night at Parc Y Scarlets. Would imagine he would be a good foil for Ashley Williams if selected. Lee Lucas - a busy little midfield player in the mould of Joe Allen. Gwion Edwards - some delightful touches down the right wing. Watch out Nathan Dyer! Don't expect to see Tom Butler or David Cotterill in the first team squad any time soon. Or Orlandi either.
Good to know we have players doing well in the resrves. Im guessing that moras was taken off because he Will be playing saturday . Looks like we Are going to be stick with cotteril and butler until the end of contract
I know the player is not one of our, however did Rafik Halliche (the one that got away) look any good for Fulham??
Musty - crowd about 200 at a guess, but the weather was horrible. Samuel - I was keeping an eye an Halliche - he didn't do anything incredible or horrendous, just sort of 'there'.
