McCormack didn't score the goal to send us up because even if he didn't score that, we would have still gone up. McShane scored the goal to earn us promotion. And Ross McCormack is probably better than most of our strikers (McLean, Simpson & Proschwitz) but Aluko? Very, very much doubt it.
We would have gone up if he hadn't scored. We wouldn't have if you had managed to draw one of the 2 games against us instead of being completely outplayed both times. But you didn't so we did.
If you think Watford were not going to score a second, you'd be wrong. They were hammering Leeds' goal. Ross' goal destroyed all of their confidence. Macca's goal was definitely 100% the one that got us up, but Ross' made sure of it. Not that I care now, though. Which team is now in the Prem? Exactly.
Colin is a **** manager though, said it from day one Yes I would say he is better than Aluko for completely different reasons admittedly, he is more tried and tested as well. There is no argument with regards to who is better between aluko and mccormack and i much much prefer fryatt to mccormack aswell
