    I know this may sound crazy but consedering our limited options up front.. why not play Jonas there? Yes I know it doesn't sound right but it could work effectively(to a certain degree). This idea was given after reading these comments from NUFC blog..

    . A friend has suggested playing Jonas up front in the next match. Against Manyoo I would say was a bad time to experiment, but given the performance at Villa, it sounds like it might just be crazy enough to try?

    I don’t see why not, he showed against Wolves that he can certainly finish

    I'll ellaborate.
    I can't recall Jonas ever winning a free header, let alone a one in competition with a defender.
    He is not particularly quick.
    He would drift out wide.
    His end product is 9/10 times a total joke.
    He's scored 2 PL goals and had a hell of a lot more shots than that, and most of which have gone pretty wayward.

    hmm, can only see it happening once Ben Arfa is back to fill the left wing. Ferguson is too untested, and while there will be shouts of "give the youth a chance!!" can you really see Pardew doing it.

    In fact though, once Ben Arfa is back it would probably be better having him there and keep Jonas on the left.

    Christ Jonas gets aaround a bit, Right Back, Left Mid, Center Forward :)

    Lovenkrands has done nothing wrong. He was good against Villa, but had very little to work with. Play him with Kuqi and he'll have a better game against man Utd

    We saw last game with Collocini people play in a certain position for a reason.
    Jonass output is cack at best and will lok like a ballet dancer playing up front
