Indeed, all was looking good until Ashley Grimes (on loan from Millwall) got suspended or injured (or something) plus the keeper on loan from Sunderland went back and then the Imps went on a right downer Good manager though IMO, just at a club with no funds and in a location where no-=one seems to want to come to play football. Trouble with the low end of the league. Loans can make or break most of the teams in there. One team can win the league with a couple of top notch loan signings only to be struggling to get points in the next division up when those top notch loans are no longer there. Can be a bit of a lottery.
