I have a passing interest but all I really care about is NCFC

England to win the Euros and the following World Cup in Brazil or NCFC to win the FA Cup next year ?

FA Cup for City every day of the week !

 

I'd planned to duck out of work at 3:30 today and get back for the game but I've been told this afternoon that no-one is leaving early as we've got to wait for some bollocks meeting to finish at 6 just on the off-chance I might get an action out of it.

To say I'm massively ****ED OFF is somewhat of an understatement

 

Haven't been sleeping too well lately, will probably start to watch it...

bit worried about our defence though, might have to adopt a NCFC approach to outscore the opposition.

 

I disagree, I personally think our defence will be pretty tight - Joe hart to be player of the tournament

 

yes, the england defence is the only part of the team i have any confidence in at all! the midfield looks woeful. nevertheless, i shall be cheering them on.

 

Every time I think I won't be that bothered but every time that hope gets to me.

Stuck in the office so may only catch second half. Classic England theory of hope for the best but fear the worst for me. Hope they do themselves justice against the French but need to keep it tight. Really worried about the lack of quality and depth in our squad and hope that we can avoid injuries/suspensions and keep alive in the tournament until Rooney becomes available.

Still would rather see City win the FA cup than England the Euro's.

 

Would normally be in the pub watching but got a stinking cold so will be watching from home, kids are under threat of death if they disturb me during the game.

 

Hope we win, but will no longer be disappointed if we lose

Only a quid (I like doing lots of little bets rather than being a big punter) but that should cover my bets for the rest of the tournament! I had a quid on St. Ledger scoring at any time at 18/1 last night so I've made a pretty good start on a personal level
