Got my boy tickets to see Belfast Giants with his Ma a while back. His Ma can't go now so I have to do the needfull and go on Saturday. Anytime I have seen it on TV it looks utter ****e. Anybody been to a game? I heard there will probably be a few scraps which is something I suppose.
I went a few years & years ago, we were abit late - only a few minutes but when we got there the rink was empty and the ice was covered on blood They had to get the guy out to clean it all, apparently someone got sent off after 1 minute for fighting that bad he nearly killed the other ****. ****ing missed it & was pretty **** after that. I remember playing the Wayne Gretzky game and your player would have a fighting rating & once you got in a fight if you won the fight you got a 2 min sinbin & if you lost you get 2.5min sinbin
The kids will like it. I wouldn't mind the scraps - if only they removed their helmets - they could then really lash out with their sticks.
Was that here or in the states? It says on the ticket 'keep your eyes on the puck'. Wouldn't fancy getting one of them up the kisser.

Hopefully for your sake: a fight will break out at the start of the match then the wonderful boys from the PSNI will arrest all of the players for "assault with a deadly stick" then you can **** off out of there.
Noted... but if you see the post times you'll see that the time of your post and mine is the same - if I'd seen yours first I wouldn't have bothered - also sounds like your experience of ice hockey is a little more lively than mine.
Solihull There are some parts where there is just a net protecting the crowd but a puck getting hit by them ****s can rip the net, behind the goal they have perspex so you should be fine.
